CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS

Eligibility
No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. The Contest is open to all legal residents of the U.S. and must be 18 years of age or older, except employees and immediate family members of Storytime Favorites or affiliates. Void outside the U.S. and where prohibited by law. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Contest Dates
Contest begins July 1st, 2010 and ends December 31st, 2010, at midnight. Storytime Favorites will not accept any entries received after the deadline. Only one entry per household is allowed. Winner will be announced in an eNewsletter on our website, following the contest period. The awarded prize, a Storytime Book Collection, will be shipped directly to the Contest Winner.

Prize Information
The estimated value of the prize is up to, but not exceeding, $150.00 (one hundred and fifty dollars) and consists of a collection of new children's books, tailored to the age group identified in the Contest Entrant's essay. The actual prize will be shipped to the address of the Contest Winner - postmarked no later than 60 days after the contest end date.

One Contest Winner will be selected by Storytime Favorites' judging panel and will be contacted by phone following the contest end date. If the Contest Winner cannot 1) be contacted within 3 business days of the initial attempt to contact, 2) be confirmed of his or her eligibility of the Contest Rules & Regulation, or 3) fails to complete the required forms within the specified dates, an alternate prize winner shall be selected. The Contest Winner is also required to complete the required forms consenting to the Contest Rules and Regulations.

Prize is not transferable, has no cash value and must be accepted as awarded. No refunds or exchanges allowed. The decision of Storytime Favorites with respect to the Contest Winner and any other matters pertaining to the Contest shall be final.

Consent to use personal information: By entering this Contest and voluntarily providing your personal information (including, but not limited to first name, last name, city and state) (collectively "Registrant Information", you consent and agree to Storytime Favorites' receipt, collection and use of the Registrant Information. The 250-word entry essay submitted becomes the property of Storytime Favorites.

How to Enter
Enter online by completing the Registrant Information form and submitting a short word essay (maximum of 250 words or less) describing why your child / family loves books and why your child / family deserves to win a Storytime Book Collection. You may also mail your entry to: Storytime Favorites, 30025 Alicia Parkway, Suite 229, Laguna Niguel, CA. 92677, Attn: Contest Dept. If mailing your entry, please include the following Registrant Information: first and last name (Entrant) - complete with your address (street, city, state and zip code), telephone and email contact information. Ensure you provide us the age group of the child or children who will be enjoying the books if selected. Note: The date, salutation and Registrant Information you provide is separate and will not be counted as part of the 250 word essay.

Any and all incomplete, late, delayed, illegible or damaged entries are not the responsibility of Storytime Favorites and are subject to void upon receipt.

Declaration of compliance: The Contest Winner must sign a Declaration of Compliance with the Contest rules form and a Release and Consent to Publicity form, which shall serve as the Contest Winner's agreement to release and indemnify Storytime Favorites from any liability in connection with the Contest and / or the Prize and return to Storytime Favorites within 5 days of being notified, respectively.

Publicity
By participating in this Contest, the Contest Winner agrees that the Entrant's name, city and state of residence, photographs and images, and voice usage may be used in any and all forms of media, without compensation from Storytime Favorites and waives all rights with respect to printed, broadcast and other forms of publicity.

General/Internet
For any reason the printed or Internet entry portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Storytime Favorites which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Storytime Favorites reserves the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Storytime Favorites assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of the entries. Storytime Favorites is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software as a result of technical problems, human error or the entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR OTHER COMPONENTS OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
